Depression...

Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can affect a person's thoughts, behaviour, feelings and physical well-being. Depressed people may feel sad, anxious, empty, hopeless, helpless, worthless, guilty, irritable, or restless. They may lose interest in activities that once were pleasurable, experience overeating or loss of appetite, or problems concentrating, remembering details or making decisions; and may contemplate or attempt suicide.

However the question is how and why? do people under go such a state. The answer could be pretty simple, we all do not have the  same tolerance level and the way we all have been brought up are different, which indirectly relates to our tolerance level. another question that would arise could be " what is the relationship between the  tolerance and the depression?" -the answer is IF WE CAN BEAR UP OR TOLERATE THINGS WHICH OTHER PEOPLE DO TO US, OR WHAT IS HAPPENING AROUND US ; THE POSSIBILY OF UNDER GOING DEPRESSION WILL BE LOW.

It is true that its easy to say than do. I know it as a psychology student but the more you think about the problem and more you suffer, it makes the people to  enjoy looking at your tears. WHY WHY would you let them enjoy!!!. The best respond you could give is by being STEADY. For those who hurt others-seeing the people happy will be like priking their eyes. so be strong; what ever the barriers that comes in life just consider all that as- another  one leaf that falls down in winter.
